Q: The paper stepping motor has abnormal sound forward and backward

A: Check whether the gear of the Y direction paper motor is stuck  

Check whether the motor wire is broken or whether the joint at the connection with the motor plate is loose  

Check whether the steel spines connected to the motor are stuck  

Replacing the Electromechanical board
